Helping the Homeless
Every Friday morning at 9 am volunteers meet at Hosanna Lutheran Church to prepare food for Sunday’s meal at Butler Park. Many hands make light work, volunteers are always welcome and needed!

Food Bank
Hosanna is a depot for Edmonton FoodBank clients living in the west end. Each Thursday afternoon, Hosanna volunteers ensure that the food hampers ordered through and prepared by the FoodBank are distributed to folks who are in need of a bit of a foot up in order that they can provide for their families.
Refugee Support Group
Refugees from troubled areas of the world are sponsored by the congregation and supported by this committee.
Champions for Change
“Melanie the Owl”, who is roosting on the black counter in the narthex, is happy to accept your loose change to provide bus tickets for individuals using the Food Bank and other vital support services.

ICPM Lunch
Hosanna participates in the Inner City Pastoral Ministry Sunday Lunch Program providing brown bag lunches for distribution at the Bissell Centre.
